By purchasing from our website or social media pages, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Failure to read shall constitute as an immediate waiver to any disputes regarding these terms and conditions.

TURN-AROUND-TIME

• standard turn-around-time is approx. 5-10 biz days unless otherwise stated
• turn-around-time is approximate and can not be guaranteed
• we can not provide individual updates outside of this ETA
• you will be notified once your order is complete
• you will also be notified should your order exceed our TAT

CANCELLATIONS

• orders may not be cancelled once payment has been processed

RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS

• by ordering, you agree to exam products immediately upon receipt
• unless defective upon receipt, customized and discounted items cannot be returned
• returns must be in new condition and original packaging
• all returns must be received within (7) days of fulfillment date

TEE + PRINT DEFECTS

• tee and print defects must be addressed within (48) hours of fulfillment or delivery date

AIR DRY WHEN POSSIBLE.
DO NOT IRON OVER DESIGN.
