Refund policy

 

By ordering, you agree to immediately exam products for defects upon receipt.

Tee and print defects must be addressed within (48) hours of fulfillment date. Please note inquiries received outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for review.

Any disputes regarding transactions, invoices, and payments must be made within (7) days of processing. Orders may not be cancelled once check-out is complete unless a payment or processing error has occurred.

Failure to notify us within a timely manner of any dispute or defective products shall constitute a complete waiver of any and all such disputes.

Returns must be in new condition and original packaging.

Unless defective upon receipt, customized and discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.

Requests for size exchanges will be accommodated when possible but are subject to any necessary fees.
