- Items typically ship first-class package through USPS and generally arrive within 1-3 business days after your order is completed. This is a quick and affordable shipping method that has worked well for our customers in the past. Please refer to current turn-around-times posted at the top of our website and on individual product listings.
- We can not and will not guarantee shipping times. Once an item leaves our shop, we have no control over the shipping process. But every effort is made on our part to ensure that you receive your items in an effective and timely manner. We can not issue refunds due to shipping delays. Should issues occur during the shipping process, you may file a claim through USPS or UPS depending on the carrier for your order.
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once a shipping label is created for your order. Tracking updates are generally unavailable for the first 24 hours after the label is created.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on most orders.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any personalized or custom products. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
- All boutique items may be returned for store credit only. Items must be in new, unused condition to be valid for return.
