Please allow up to 24 hours (Monday-Friday) for a response. Emails will not be answered during weekend hours or on holidays.
Due to the overwhelming amount of social media messages, it is not recommended to use those platforms for communication.
Current turn-around-time can always be found highlighted at the top of the website. In general, turn-around-time for most orders is approx. 5-10 business days.
This refers to the amount of time that it takes for us to process and complete your order. While these times are approximate and not guaranteed, every effort is made to have your order ready within this time frame.
Unfortunately, we can not provide individual updates outside of this estimate. But should any significant delays occur, you will be contacted ASAP.
You will receive a pick-up or shipping notification from our website as soon as your order is completed.
Turn-around-time only applies to orders that have been paid and processed. If you have not completed a payment, your order is not yet in production and will be delayed until payment is received.
Turn-around-time does not include shipping time.

Giles County customers may select LOCAL PICK-UP at check-out. No shipping charges will be added to your order.
You will receive an email with pick-up address and instructions once your order is complete.
Please do not select this option if your order requires shipping. You will receive an invoice for the additional shipping fee if this occurs and orders will be held until the charges are paid.
